Annual Congregational Meeting, Sunday, November 18, 9:30 AM
The Annual Congregation Meeting will take place in the Parish Hall. The worship times remain the same at 8:30 and 11:00. There are three items on the agenda.
1. Election of Council Members and Trustee -- Nominations Committee
2. Approval of 2013 Budget -- Finance Committee
3. Reformation Mission and Values Presentation -- Pastor Mike Wilker

2013 Budget Memo
Since 1934, when the Lutheran Church of the Reformation dedicated its new building, it has traditionally opened its doors for use by members, groups, or organizations from the community, and other Christian and non-profit agencies.
Interested parties requesting space are asked to make their request for space, either oral or written, to the Parish Administrator (Church Office – 202-543-4200 or firstname.lastname@example.org). The request will be reviewed to determine space availability, feasibility as to time and staff requirements, and the merits of the request. All users of the facilities will be requested to sign a written agreement and to make a reasonable shared use reimbursement to offset the maintenance, security, or other costs incurred by the Church.
