Stewardship at Reformation
We are getting close to Concertation Sunday (often called Commitment Sunday) next Sunday, 29, where we will turn in our 2021 Estimate of Giving Forms. These forms went into the mail late last week and should be arriving in your mailbox any day now! Here’s an example of what you should be looking for:
Take some time this week to discern abundance in your life and how God is calling you and your household to give to the ministries of Reformation and beyond. Reflect on the ways in which connection to this community has impacted you, especially this last year, and start dreaming about what God may be up to at Reformation moving forward. Share with us your estimate of giving and how you have been noticing God’s abundance in your life by sending your form back to us because we are hoping to receive 100 forms!
Yes -- our goal is 100 returned forms! Last week in worship, an exciting, motivating, and generous challenge was presented to our congregation. The Carlson and Middlebrook families have collectively committed an additional $5000 if the congregation meets the goal of 100 returned forms! We are so grateful for their generosity and commitment to what God is doing at Reformation!
So, please pray and discern, then put pen to paper (or fingers to keyboard) and send in your form. If there are any questions or if you need some clarification, please do not hesitate to contact one of our Pastors and they will be more than willing to assist you. As gratitude and abundance abound this week, let us be the first to give our thanks to the entire congregation for your partnership and to God for an abundance of grace and love!
