YOUNG ADULT  BIBLE STUDY.

The young adult bible study meets every Wednesday at the church to discuss the theme of the season (past themes have included reading books together, discussing sermons, and listening to podcasts together). In this bible study, young adult means both the young in age and the young at heart, as long as you're free on Wednesdays. Email us if you would like to learn more.

Meeting times: Wednesday, 6:30- 8:00 PM

DC YOUTH GROUP

DC Youth Group is our faith in action! It is the amazing combination of Confirmation and Senior High youth and adult leaders from St. Paul Lutheran Church, Augustana Lutheran, and Reformation all in DC. Doing youth group together gives all of our youth a richer experience - a chance for deeper relationships with each other and frankly, for more fun! DC Youth meets at least once a month September-May and for a summer trip! Email us if you would like to learn more.

YOUNG ADULTS

The young adult's group meets about once a month in the evening for food and fellowship. We will also be planning quarterly "big" events, likely on Saturdays or Sunday afternoons, that can hopefully include those with non-traditional work schedules as well! Email us if you would like to learn more.

REFORMATION READS BOOK CLUB

The Reformation Book Club meets monthly to discuss member-selected books. The book club reads widely across  non-fiction and fiction genres. The group meets the 4th Tuesday of the month in a hybrid (in-person and online) format. To join the private Google group, contact Ivy Finkenstadt via the church office or the member directory.

CONTEMPLATION & THE GOSPEL.

Contemplation & the Gospel meets on Thursdays from 6–7:30 PM, both in-person and online. Each week, the group engages with scripture, conversation, and silence to open ourselves to God’s presence. Contemplative practices like Centering Prayer and Lectio Divina guide our time together. Join us anytime! Email us if you would like to learn more.

LGBTQ & ALLIES.

The LGBTQ members, friends, and allies meet throughout the year to enjoy a potluck dinner together and fellowship at a host home or here at the church. We also march annually in the Pride Parade as a faith community.

BASEBALL LUNCH

One of Reformation’s longest-running Small Groups, this group gathers throughout the Baseball Season to talk about the Nationals and other favorite teams. All are welcome to this Reformation favorite. You might even learn a thing or two about your favorite player or team!  Email us if you would like to learn more.
